FIRE KNOCK-OFF SYSTEM (1000 Liters)
- Foam AFFF 3%, 1000 Litters capacity Fire Extinguisher Trailer
- Construction: Main barrel is made of 6mm mild steel sheet, electrically welded, tested to 350 lbs psi (25 bar); provided with manhole, filling and drain connections, pressure gauges and pressure release valve.
- Expelling Agent: 02 Nos. Nitrogen cylinders are provided fitted with pressure regulators which serve as the expelling agent.
- Trailer: 2-axle, 4-wheeler, having solid rubber tyres – 2 of 16″ and 2 of 14″, provided with swivel assembly for front axle which ensures easy turning.
- Operation: The opening of Nitrogen cylinders pressurize the main cylinder. The AFFF solution is discharged through the two hose reels, provided on the trailer.
- Hose Reels: 02 Hose reels are provided 1″ x 100 ft high pressure hose, fitted with individual on-off control and TP Nozzle.
- Discharge Time: 4 to 5 minutes.
- Throw : 60 to 70 feet.
